This course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn about inclusion and diversity in order to create inclusive workplaces.

The course will develop your confidence and competence in working with, and managing people from, different backgrounds and experiences. Enabling you to harness unique talents for the benefit of both individuals and your business.

If you’ve been tasked with rethinking policies and practices related to neurodivergent people on behalf of your organisation, you’ll gain the expertise you need to make informed decisions and recommend policy and practice changes.

It will help you to - show that you have up to date and relevant knowledge of neuroinclusion matters - to enhance your reputation within your organisation and to position you for other roles and sectors.

 

Whether you’re wanting to refresh your knowledge of core Equality Diversity & Inclusion matters or are planning a wider programme of inclusion, this course will provide you with practical insights, actionable strategies and the tools needed, to foster an inclusive environment. It will also empower you to confidently address diversity challenges and promote equity across your organisation.
