Introduction
In today's fast-paced business environment, projects play a vital role in driving innovation and achieving organisational goals. A successful project is determined by meeting objectives while adhering to strict timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
What sets project management apart from general management is the focus on delivering a final product or outcome within a certain time frame. Unlike ongoing management processes, project management requires a comprehensive set of skills, blending technical expertise, effective people management, and strong business awareness.
Developing your project management skills will give you a diverse skillset that include not only technical expertise, but also strong people management abilities and a keen understanding of business operations.
